Jazz Picnic

I went to a jazz picnic today along with my folks and some of their friends. It was a fundraiser for their local day-centre and the event was well attended. I was rather taken by this decorative double-bass...

The music was good, but was an 'incidental backdrop' to the buzz of people chatting/socialising rather than the main event.
