Seythenex caves & cascade

Croissants for breakfast and an early start. We drove to Seythenex and went on a tour of the Grotte (caves) formed by water forcing its way through stratification fault in the rock. Pretty spectacular - as was the 40 metre cascade which we zip wired down over. Picnicked by the Grand Pont - a high cycle/footbridge by over the River Taime and them spent the afternoon reading by the lake - Tom went in for a swim!!
