Sore hand saga sad face :-(

There were tears tonight when it came to light that Finn's hand is still bothering him and I said we'd need another trip to the doctors in the morning :-( He had a black thorn go in his hand back in May and has already had a load of anti-biotics and a little operation. It seemed to be getting better but I've noticed over the last couple of days that he's not been using it as much again and now it's swollen and sore to touch again..... Poor little chap :-(
