Twisted Root Burgers

Not a great fan of what passes for burgers in the US, we were attracted to this first franchise location of a Dallas based burger restaurant in Shreveport, LA. The option for Elk, Buffalo or Ostrich certainly gave it a little more variety and the meal was very good. I liked the music theme and the fact the restaurant resided in an old music store.
