Time for a walk!

Yay - blips finally up to date! Will try to catch up with you all soon.

Will be glad when the blinds get fitted this week, it was so bright in our bedroom this morning it was impossible to have much of a lie in! Another busy day - my kitchen looks a bit better now, we got some washing out and then went out shopping for exciting stuff like a new ironing board!

We did manage to get half an hour's walk in this afternoon - just a few minutes from the house and we are in the middle of fields. Although after another few minutes we are back in the middle of more houses! It was nice to get out though and hopefully we will get more chance soon to explore a bit more.

Hubby back on nights tonight so I have done a little bit more work. Now settled with a glass of Prosecco (on a school night!) and the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony. Have barely watched any of the games but they seem to have been a big success, so well done to Glasgow!
