DOUBLE OUCH

These are the bruises from my latest (and last) physiotherapy session for my wobbly knee!! They are about 20 cms long!!! Ow ow!!

The Rev completed a great task that has been on the cards for a while. Great job love. Can't link to his journal....You're not alone....don't know why

Didn't manage a swim today...thought I looked a bit battered!!! But we did have an evening walk together.
