I went for a walk in the woods, but on my return this little butterfly in the garden stole the show.

It's been another lovely day here, unlike in Glasgow where the cyclists had to contend with torrential rain.

Well done Glasgow - and Scotland for hosting such a fantastic Commonwealth Games. It was a shame my application for tickets was unsuccessful, but I'll be coming to play a spot of golf in a couple of weeks' time.
