gone fishing!

Just before high tide I went out in from the harbour with Sharon & George in their boat the Maggie Rose, did a little bit of fishing, but the only thing I caught was the line of a guy fishing from the cliffs, e apparently cast out over us trawling, my line was stronger, so I ended up with his bait. Then we headed over to land on the island, sat up on the flat rock in the old graveyard for a while looking across at the beach, had a picnic before heading back to shore.
Inca & I walked the beach in the afternoon, we got soaked, but it was mild so not cold.
Ended the day with an excellent dinner in Carnaween House & great company.
