Went to watch some cycle and visit Neil in his awesome new flat, and met his cool new flatmate. The weather wasn't great but ended up being a lovely day. Watched about half of the cycling till we got soaked then went indoors and dried off watching the rest on tv.

This is a picture of Peter Kennaugh who was out in front for most of the race, we were rooting on his unconventional tactic but unfortunately it didn't pay off. They flew past a bit faster than expected (it looks slower on tv....) But was so awesome to see it! And the atmosphere in the crowd was also amazing.

After the cycling we visited the bbc headquarters before I headed back to Edinburgh due to an early start driving to Dumfries in the morning blah....
