Tree Climbers

A day of neighborhood parties. The first just a block from here where little boys ran themselves ragged inside a large circle of adults in chairs; at the other party, a few miles away, the street was closed off from traffic, the adults sat in chairs and the children had the run of the street. Sometimes they veered off to climb trees.
