after the rain

I do really mean to catch up on comments and unfortunately haven't looked at entries consistently but need to make headway on the article, which is proceeding very slowly.
Saw Ai Wei Wei at the Brooklyn Museum. He's very interesting, humorous, biting, artistic. I wonder if he is much more accessible to the west because of his decade in New York during an interesting time for the city. Wonder how the older generation of Chinese view him.
