Bad timing

Given the relevance of today's date I wanted to blip the plaque in Victoria station, that commemorates a simple door that a lot of young men passed through never to return. Unfortunately you can't get near it for scaffold & hoardings. Which frankly smacks of shabby timing and a lack of thought as far as I am concerned.

Luckily, here's one I prepared earlier.
