No poppies but bedding plants :)

Taking Chino out I thought I might see if there were poppies at the war memorial in Bingley today and was sad to see there wasn't one - but the bedding plants were looking gorgeous. I don't have red, orange and bright yellow in my garden - I much prefer the more muted colours (with a splash of fuchsia thrown in) but I do love how fiery and summery the combination is - as a very good friend of mine says when we disagree about what artwork we like, he says I appreciate it - but I wouldn't choose it. Love that there's red, orange and yellow in the park - I appreciate that! :)
