Dumb Dumpers Again

I took a load of blips over the winter of crap folk leave at their arse, but this one really annoyed me. It is 50 yards from the local dump, the local council will pick large stuff up, and there is no need. The council just cleaned the area up, 4 men 2 days, how much did that cost me? This has annoyed me so much I have missed Mono Monday.
