Waterside Pub

Day 1 of the house renovations. The builders were due to start last week but were delayed. They promised me though that the timetable would not be affected by the late start so we are keeping everything crossed that they are right. We do not really want to have to pay another month's rent if we can help it.
This is also day 1 of the budget being shot to pieces. We were going to merely paint the kitchen but have now decided that this is not going to work, so we are rushing around kitchen showrooms trying to find a cost effective alternative.
We stopped off in Shoreham for lunch at this local waterside pub.
