Beach Weather!

A very windy day but down on the shore, at the base of the cliffs, Ollie and I were lovely and sheltered. It was so hot I was able to shed my jacket and fleece!

I did a bit of rock pooling and shell hunting and then just sat and enjoyed the heat while Ollie had a bit of a dip.

Mike and I went to help our friends celebrate their ruby wedding anniversary in the evening, I'd made them a very rich chocolate cake, which seemed to be just what they wanted!
