Where did you get that hat??

Or to name another song...Didn't we have a loverly time the day we went to ...Chester!!

Chrissie and I decided to go off on a jolly photo jaunt to Chester today. We had a spot of lunch when we arrived then we meandered around in the sunshine...in fact we meandered for over 15,000 steps according to Chrissie's step counter!

We went into the Cathedral and as we left we joined in the service outside to commemorate WW1. Then we went down to the river, I was tempted to go in one of the small boats, but to Chrissie's relief we decided it was too expensive. I loved the balloon man's hat as he modelled wonderful creations for the children and he was happy to pose for a pic. We went to the amphitheatre, on the walls and up and down the streets. It was all great fun.
