Peachy!

Son Huw made this tarte tatin involving peaches, caramel and rough puff pastry, to follow the roasted vegetable lasagne I made for our guests tonight.

I regret that I've been busy and haven't had any time to spare for blipping. August is not my favourite month and I'm usually glad when it's over and normal life resumes.
I'll dip in if and when I can.
