North Rim GC to Bryce
We drove to Walhalla plateau and had a look out at Vista Encantada, Roosevelt point (short walk here), Walhalla overlook and Cape Royal (we did the Cape Royal trail and the Angels window). We understood why North rim is much farer away from Colorado river than South rim is. It is due to erosion. All rivers goes toward the grand canyon at North rim, they run toward South. North rim is also much higher than South rim. We drove to Point Imperial as well, before heading to Bryce Canyon national park.
We had lunch in a cafe with nice deco at Kanab. We stopped by Best friends Animal sanctuary but there was no tour left...
When we arrived in Bryce I lost my wife and my baby in the toilets of the visitor center. I set up the tent in the Sunset campground and we did the scenic drive to Rainbow Yovimpa point (15 miles). We were a bit late but we managed to do the Bristlecone loop (1 hour) and stop at the various viewpoint on our way back to the pizza restaurant. Romeo looked very nice with my winters socks up to his knees.
