In The Valley

Early start and up the valley this morning, while the frost was still frosty.
Being quite close to the lake we are fortunate with frosts that the lake acts as a gigantic heatsink and tends to keep mornings a tad warmer than elsewhere especially up the valley so it was all go, along with 2,134,456.75 other enthusiastic ski people….Ok Ok it was probably not that many…..but the Treble Cone. Cone. Cone (do you hear an echo?) skifield is off the same road and it was busy till we got past the turn off. The traffic cop on the feeder road was having a total field day as skiers have real issues with speed to and from fields and sleeping late is not synonymous with getting the top car park so they try to make up the time which is not only expensive but can be very dangerous with Black Ice lurking in shady corners. There have been deaths on the Treble Cone access road.
The Boss has a SeniorNet presentation on Thursday (Photo editing on Windows and iPad) so the comment department will be on a go slo for a few days but we do like to read them so do feel free.
AND lots of grateful BARKS for your support on "The B Team" yesterday. They will be totally chuffed that an image without ME was so well supported.
Hey..Just a minute...oh never mind.
