This is where L took a headlong dive, up the steps, and cut her knees and Ko'd herself on the steel Hand rail on the left.
Our neighbour saw it happen and called the Ambulance, had to wait about 10 minutes and it was there, L was popped inside and off to Hospital. By the time I had packed some bits for her and followed, then found her in the A and E, she had had her knees dressed, and seen the Doctor, who wanted a CT Scan. It was obvious L was staying there tonight at least, so I came home and packed her books and knitting and returned. She is being Observed for 48 hours.The Scan showed no fracture or obvious damage, but they want to be safe not sorry. then will have to see, the Flat is very empty without her!! Just going off to visit now.
