St Pancras lock

On the way to the underground this morning, I noticed a signpost to the London Canal Museum. When I escaped the meeting, I went searching for the museum, only to find that it is shut on Mondays. But at least I'd found the canal, so I went for a bit of a totter along the towpath. I tried to get the name plate of the lock in the snap, but it meant facing into the sun and the camera definitely didn't like that. Saw a couple of Canadian geese, and either coots or moorhens, I can never remember which it is that has the white bit on their nose.

This evening I stuffed myself with a spinach and paneer dosa and sweet lassi at the bel puri house in Drummond St. It's a hard life! :-0
