Chartwell

This was the family home of Sir Winston Churchill. A lovely place to visit with immense history and several of his paintings on display.

Churchill wrote many of his great speeches at Chartwell and in the words of the great man himself "Never give in - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense"
