Lake Bled

It was dry in the morning so we dried the tent and put it away before eating breakfast. We then drove south in showery rain past Salzburg and along the motorway before stopping at Spittal an der Drau to stock up for a couple of nights. It was cool and damp when we went into the shop and warm and sunny when we came out 20 minutes later. Alpine weather is completely different from our own and I never get it right. We then drove on to Slovenia and stopped for a quick look at Bled, as we couldn't get into our chalet until 5. Bled is beautiful, but is a bit of a honeypot, so is difficult to find somewhere to park. This is a view of the castle from the head of Lake Bled.
