Just love days out!

Had a lovely day out today with Richard and Juliet.
Firstly we went to Swiss Garden, a superb little garden in Old Warden, Bedfirdshire, next to the Shuttleworth old plane collection. The garden has been closed for a couple of years whilst the owners were doing a load of revamping and restoring and it was lovely today. The new plants still need time to mature properly but this didn't spoil it at all. Lovely lunch there too.
On the way back home we stopped at Ashridge for a little stroll and we thought it would be rude not to stop at the tea shop. The lemon and poppy seed cake was fantastic!
