Mellow yellow.

I don't know what this plant is, its about 250mm tall with the flowers roughly 10mm long by 4mm wide and growing in a patch of land which is mown in the spring and left to itself until next year.

I did a quick search of the plot but couldn't find another.

Can anyone help please.
