I Love Books!

These are the books that i've read so far this year.

The Selected Works of T.S Spivet - a strange,quirky book full of diagrams and drawings, it's about a genius 12 year old mapmaker and his trip across America. I had high hopes for this book but struggled to get through it.

The Cellist of Sarajevo- A great book, really enjoyed this.

Pandora in the Congo - Started off good but by the end i didn't enjoy it and could of (& should of) given up halfway through.

Vlad The Last Confession - The Epic Novel of the Real Dracula - the red pages of this book caught my eye in the library & i'm so glad they did. An absolutely brilliant book, a real historical thriller.

Alone in Berlin - Set in wartime Germany, i just started this yesterday but has got me completely gripped already. First published in 1947, it's been reprinted for Penguin's Modern Classics series. It's currently half price in Waterstones.
