First of many

Not the best of shots, granted, but today's blip had to be a shot of Bailey's first walk. He didn't exactly gambol his way around the block but instead staged a few sit-ins and required quite a bit of carrying but he seemed to quite enjoy it. And he was certainly up for going out again after tea; he walked for longer and was only really disconcerted by seeing other dogs and one or two cars. And then weed in the hall as soon as we got back! We'll be coming in via the garden tomorrow.

Our walk was significantly delayed by having to wait in for a call from BT. When they did eventually ring it became one of those phone calls where the frustration of having to repeat yourself to try and shift beyond their stock responses turns you into some sort of harpy. But a harpy who calmed down by the time she was talking to the third person who was prepared to offer something beyond a script.
