No more booting it about

My first day bootless although I am still wearing the stocking.

It felt great to be without the cumbersome thing. Its pretty good that I have gotten this far now as the temperatures are rising and the boot is hot.

Seems that the stocking will remain for at least another month which is a bother as we are going to a beach wedding in a couple of weeks. Good excuse to go out and buy a long frock to cover it :-)

Notice the one well worn shoe beside the new one, I have seven pairs of these, all in the same state!
