Nothing beats a good walk in beautiful countryside. Today I had a lovely walk through the woods. It was very peaceful. All I could hear were my footsteps and the wind rustling through the leaves. Every now and then, I would stop to listen to and watch the wind blowing through the trees. It's amazing what you notice when you look up.
