Tractor

Another day on the farm. Jacob had his first experience of life and death when one of the dogs killed a chicken in front of him. He was mostly unphased! Hayley and Finley visited this morning. It was so great to see Hayley as a mummy and meet her little boy. Arabella had a mammoth three hour nap!!
This afternoon we headed down the field in the sunshine for more playing. Tractor proved his worth by cleaning a dirty nappy remarkably well with a hankie and spit (!!!!) before we arrived, entertaining Jacob with power tools while finishing off the play park, cutting Jacobs torn nail with his pen knife, teaching Jacob how to make cement, letting him "drive" the car, and carrying Arabella around when needed. Here they are enjoying the shade together.
