Home is where the heart is

We are back at home. Tomorrow we are heading up to see C's mum who is getting towards the end now and, as C's brother and sister have had to head back to France and Australia, it seemed better to come back now rather than wait any longer. It was a shame to leave H and M in Cornwall but they will get another couple of days' holiday - they might even enjoy themselves more without their mum and dad!

M and Lukas tagged along on this morning's run. Lukas made the hills look very easy and, at the end, said that he had never run 10k before! Disgusting...

Managed to get what, amazingly, was my first pasty of the holiday before we headed home...
