Troon garden corner

Despite the terrible forecast we were able to spend most of the day in the back garden of Gill's house in Troon in glorious sunshine.

In fact, it was so lovely out there that we totally forgot to have our usual walk on the beach. That's a first.

Now watching the first of this year's Great British Bake Off and looking forward to the drama that will inevitably keep me engrossed for the next few months.
