Choo choo

Thank you for the kind comments on yesterday's photo of Grace! Today's picture is a view through a fast-moving train window as I passed through the Lake District this afternoon on the way home from a conference held by my teaching union in Manchester. Lots of interesting debate. We spent a lot of time devising paths forward and very little time sniping and moaning. I've tried out all the unions and this is the one for me. It would be great if all the teaching unions could merge together to be a stronger body but I can't see it happening anytime soon.
