Long Drive

We eventually set off from Bois de Beaumard just after twelve, back into St Nazaire so as to cross on the bridge. Three vans, red, white and blue, heading south;
St Nazaire - La Rochelle - Roquefort - Saintes - Bordeaux - Mimizan
The journey seemed to take forever and it turned into a long day, by the time we arrived at 2130 people were tired and tempers were fraying, however it had been a good day, amazing scenery, vineyards, open rolling countryside, wide estuaries, amazing sights. We arrive at Camping du Lac in Mimizan and all set to and had the tent up in about thirty minutes
A beer, a coffee a chat before bed.
