Cycling

Today my son was at a wonderful play scheme having lots of fun, while my daughter had an appointment with the orthodontist then we went onto cycling at the local sports arena. The girls enjoyed themselves cycling around the track they even persuaded me to do a couple of laps on the tandem bike with them both, I came off puffing and panting, I'm definitely out of practice but we did have a lot of fun!
