The Gold Medallist

Colin is a friend from college. He was always sporty, but 25 years ago had a liver transplant and became an active participant in the national, European and World Transplant Games. He now has over 100 medals, mostly gold. He has also helped to organise a transplant Ashes cricket tour to Australia. Last year he was due to go to Durban, South Africa, for the world games, but developed a hernia and could not go. Now he is staying with us for a couple of days en route to Bolton for this year's national games.
