Vallay
Walked out at low tide over to Vallay to see the remains of a once glorious house built by Erskine Beveridge. The house is slowly crumbling and lots of moody shots of its demise. I chose in the end a good strong wall that makes up part of the grounds. Long may it remain.
Weather was stunning with blue skies and we picked cockles on the way home. Meandered into a bit of quicksand but made our way out hastily.
Has been a long held ambition of mine to get over the Vallay, so glad we got there.
