Barred Owl

...at the Skagit County Fair, where we took the Intensive English students today. This owl was with several friends, including an old Great Horned owl, a Barn Owl, a Eurasian Eagle Owl, and a couple of hawks, all of whom are cared for by a local rescue/rehabilitation facility. What a beautiful day to enjoy the fair!
