Drying out

The oil paints I squeezed onto my palette about 6 weeks ago have dried out and things are getting dumped on top of them. I am getting frustrated about not being able to do the things I want/need to do because of this pinched nerve in my neck. I am sooo over it and just wish it was over with me.
