The Dreaded......

.......carpet beetle has been a prolific breeder this year.
Mild winter, wet spring, hot, humid summer. It has found the museum I work in a splendid feast in terms of planting eggs, larvae development, chomping of textiles. Only found a few but now, a strict regime in place to eliminate the stragglers. Packing up a public display in order to get on top on the little b #*^^{~s.
