Only day at work this week, hurrah. Took a lunchtime stroll about the royal mile to take in the sights and sounds of this year's fringe. Jay's photo is the highlight of the wander so I've gone with this shot from George IV Bridge instead.

Spent a long night driving down to Nottingham after work, got there at back of 1 and was half 2ish before everyone had been settled down into their respective beds. Phew, exhausting.

Jo Whiley who neither me or T can stand (although T is much more vociferous) was playing low in the background for part of the journey. Some tunes worth turning up though. Including a nice wee bit of Mellow Doubt - always great to whistle along to.
