Lest we forget

Floral tribute to commemorate the start of World War One at Hever Castle. In the Italian garden there are some other commemorative items set amidst the most glorious displays of flowers.

One surprising things is that in the grounds round Hever are the most number of pill boxes, or bunkers that I've seen in one place. I'm pretty sure there's at least three, though there's one I'm sure is overgrown at the moment.
