Another Thursday with the lovely gaggle of girls. Was at work this morning, good meetings with good people. Home to sweethearts. This pic taken on our way back from the docs. I suffer from a chronic back thing which sees discs in my spine periodically squish onto nerves and I'm slightly concerned that another disc is misbehaving. Pah.

So I took all 4 lovely girls with me to the docs. One behaved beautifully... The other three, hilariously, didn't. Anyway, it transpires that these days, unless you're in imminent danger of soiling yourself... Yes... Filling your pantage with your actual poo... They're not bothered. So I have more painkillers and an instruction to return in 5 or so weeks if it's still bothering me.

Whatever.

I also decided today to take down pictures of my girls off Instagram. This means lots of links in posts will no longer work but I can't be bothered to fix it. I just suddenly felt uncomfortable... So I took them down.
