Paparazzi Papping.

A manic day, but a good one. Spent the morning 'speed-cleaning', then had spanish from 11-12, but went over til 20 pst, so was late by 25 minutes meeting a missionary family who have come for a holiday, and wanted to meet us and see sa Penya...totally didn't realise my lesson had gone over, was too busy talking about Italian football (of all things!!)! Anyway, the family came back to ours for lunch, Asha loved their 2 boys! Went out later in the afternoon and strolled round the Old Town and looked over Sa Penya... this family are doing something similar to us in the UK, so it was great to swap stories and share hearts and ideas. A walk and an ice cream later, and we came home to find Asha's bf Rudy waiting on our doorstep! So for a while we had 4 hyper kids rushing round our flat! Eventually 4 kids became 2 kids...and at 10.30 at night, 2 kids became just 1 little girl - tired but happy.

Today I am grateful for;
1) this wonderful family from the UK - they were so easy to get on with and incredibly supportive and encouraging of us and what we're doing.
2) my Spanish teacher - such a lovely person, and I feel like I'm making headway with the language!
3) Air con! Our fan broke, so we're blasting our flat with the air con - don't normally use it as it's too pricey...but we're in need tonight! So nice to feel a little cooler!!
