Shafts of light

Coughing like a good un' today must have been pollen up...
Treated to a lovely cake by one of our patients. We demolished it fairly quickly, and I am doing so well with my healthy eating but needed to give in to the cake today :)
Shower all finished but can't use until all set tomorrow....oooo excited but just desperate to get in..
