That's not a Gruffalo !

Went out around the lakes at Middleton an RSPB Reserve nearby...... Gruffalo hunting with Danny (7)...

Was a bit of a tale to get him out and about, as if the thought of trekking through the woods and lakes for 5 miles needed a bit of added excitement....

Was great fun, found a den in the forest, plenty of tall grass, brambles and stingers and many lakes.

Spotted this Dragonfly, reminded me of an episode of Fawlty Towers, the one where Basil tells a few lies about some money he won on a horse called Dragonfly.

Danny was a little disappointed not to find a Gruffalo, better luck next time !
