Peter sat down to rest

For reasons some of you may know, and some may quickly deduce if you check about this journal, I am spending more time at my parents' house, where I did much of my growing up, than I have in years!

Today I found this egg cup which, given I have dipped soldiers into eggs in said eggcup for as long as I remember, is probably at least 35 years old. And, given my (then) little sister never liked eggs, it could be almost 30 years since it's been used. Probably worth a few quid as a collectible, but to me a surprise reminder of childhood.
