one rung at a time. It's getting sorted, smoother, more organised.
I refer to the fact that I haven't been around here for a bit, and that's because we have set up a second cafe in Glenelg. Have done it from the remains of an old bakery, and we call it Second Chapter. Zest Cafe is still going strong, and we do kind of wonder what have we done! - all that extra work!
I am, however, very proud of what we've achieved. I think it looks quite elegant, and we designed it all ourselves.
There was plenty of times that we thought the whole thing would collapse in a heap, but here we are.
Maybe I will put up a few shots of the place to show it off...
