Notes: Started with lap swimming and then worked inside for awhile. Some commotion on the beach as all these emergency vehicles arrived and they carried a stretcher onto the sand. Brief time at the pool but another day blasting heat so spent the rest of the day inside. Supposed to have dinner with Al but he had to take his ex-wife's dog to the vet so we rescheduled.
